I returned to Home2Suites in August 2023. This type I stayed another 6 months. Let me tell you, by far the best Hilton I have ever experienced still to this day. Originally, I was there from August 2022 to February 2023. I am a Hilton Diamond member and I travel all across the country....hands down #1 Hilton. The staff members still remembered me by name. Some new staff members and everyone was still very nice, always made sure to say good morning to me and every guest, compassionate to everyone, very professional, very accommodating, and treated everyone like family. It's like a home away from home playground atmosphere, felt very comfortable. I can definitely call this place my home away from home. Experience was very engaging!!! Always willing to offer a helping hand and go the extra mile for me and my experience at Hilton. Accommodated me with a great long term rate. Got to meet new guests and new staff members. Once again, every staff member was phenomenal and continue to call my friends. The rooms were nice and cozy, cleaned with a fine tooth comb, and comfortable enough to live for another 6 months. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh coffee and always hot, and the staff took great pride in keeping that hotel clean as whistle (literally Lysol everything which I loved). Everyone treated me like family once again. Thank you for everything!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is in the area!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service and good value! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The staff was extremely friendly as well. This will be the only hotel we stay at when visiting the greater Dayton area.

I enjoyed my stay!! I loved the fact that there was 24 hour assistance if needed since I was coming in late and checking out very early in the morning. The rooms are very clean and the location is quiet and has many dining options nearby. The breakfast was another perk. Thank you!

Attended an event here (did not stay in a room). Venue was clean, staff were friendly. Would definitely consider this hotel for future overnight needs

My family comes here every year for a reunion. Rooms are always clean, service is great. My granddaughter loves the pool. The location is great. Many restaurants in the same mall. Recommended!

The staff was so wonderful — very kind, professional, and accommodating. They made an effort to notify me about an item left behind in the hotel room so I can get it back and I’m very grateful. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious and the hotel is in a great location.

Had a reservation I had to cancel last minute. Courtney helped resolve my issue with a 3rd party vendor and was very helpful and nice the entire time. While I ended up not staying I have to highly recommend any service team that puts in good effort to help someone.
